It’s not a magic pill, not a thunderous kind of impact. It does seldom come with flashes and screams and big aha moments. Mostly, the change comes slowly, through slowness, and maybe with some of agitation.
Slowness is essential to be in the present moment, to be present in the body and feel whatever is there to be felt. And safety is essential to be slow.

Meine Zellen lächeln in mir.. wenn ich mich an den Body Poetry Raum zurückerinnere.
Das freie schreiben bekommt eine ganz andere ..sich selber viel näher stehende Bedeutung wenn Bewegung..tanz..und Atem mit dabei sind. …das schreiben ist immer wieder anders aber immer ganz nahe an sich selber…
Es ist spürbar wie Ursina ihr Herz in den Raum gibt … ihre Präsenz sowie die Führung der Praxis ist ein Geschenk.
Raum zu haben um sich selber zu erfahren …Geschichten in sich Ausdruck zu geben in Bewegung und Stift… Anteilen in sich Raum zu geben.. sie ausdrücken und einfach schreiben lassen ist ein kostbares Gut ..um sich zu spüren ..sich erfahren.. kennen lernen ..und zu Forschen… und da passiert so viel finde ich… wenn sich Betäubungen lösen.. blockierte.. erstarrte Zustände wieder fliessen… einfach so heilsam finde ich.
Thank you dear Ursina for this wonderful and powerful experience. After Body Poetry I feel enormously connected to myself and my body. Simply detached writing and moving to it is a perfect combination for me. I can really recommend Body Poetry to everyone.

Sena’s Moon Zoom was like a gentle and nourishing river. Intuitive and natural, which really allowed me to ease into the flow of my own body in the moment. I loved that there was enough spaciousness to connect with my own body. Yet she also weaved in subtle insights about yoga, astrology and the upcoming moon cycle which enriched my knowing very effortlessly. Her wisdom and prompts supported me throughout the next moon cycle and have stayed with me until now. Eating delicious Kim Chi but more importantly being reminded of my inner child’s yearnings for play has been such a special gift that enriched my way of being in a blissful and lasting way. For that I am so grateful. ♥️
