What it is About
Through Somatic Process Work you find ways to regulate your nervous system, create the safety to be able to actually feel what is going on in your body. This is a space for you to reconnect to your self and your unique body intelligence.
Somatic Process Work is where we slow down enough to actually feel what is going on beneath all the noise of everyday life, the real happening, the ever flowing river of your conciousness that is always active, but rarely listened to.
Your symptoms might bother you, but your body is not the problem.
It is the portal.
Together, we will explore what your body has been trying to tell you — the sensations, emotions, patterns and wisdom that have been patiently waiting for you to pay attention.
There is deep intelligence living in your body, in your fascia, your muscles, your bones. Somatic body work allows us to create the safety that is needed for you to tune into this intelligence, to get real intimate with your own experience and develop the trust that is needed to bring your inner world out, breath by breath.
Somatics has been helping many women to restore the relationship with their bodies on a deeper level. Maybe you have been doing mindset work for years, maybe you spiralled in the self development world, looking for all the right answers in the wrong places: outside of yourself.
